Books Not Appearing in the Desktop App

Please ensure that you are using the same credentials you created when you opened your VitalSource account. Sometimes if there is a typo or even an extra space, it will cause issues.

Even if you have entered the correct credentials, you still need to access your textbooks first through your course room and then in your desktop app. I can see both of your textbooks in your account.
