Install Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

 

Need Microsoft 365 apps for your coursework? Follow these quick steps to install Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more—using your CIU email

Install on a computer (Windows or Mac)

  1. Go to Outlook (Microsoft 365) and sign in with your CIU email.
  2. Select Install appsMicrosoft 365 apps to download.
  3. Open the installer and complete setup.
  4. When prompted, sign in again with your CIU email to activate.

Install on a phone or tablet

– iOS/iPadOS: Install Microsoft 365 from the App Store and sign in with your CIU email.

– Android: Install Microsoft 365 from Google Play and sign in with your CIU email.

Troubleshooting

– Can’t sign in? Verify your CIU email and password, or reset it using the self-service password portal.

– Don’t see Install apps? Sign out and back in at office.com, then select Install apps.

– Installer didn’t launch? Restart your device and try again.
