Use Microsoft 365 to write papers, build presentations, and stay connected with your courses. Follow these steps to install Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more with your CIU email.
Install on your computer (Windows or Mac) #
- Go to Outlook (Microsoft 365) and sign in with your CIU email.
- Select Install apps ▸ Microsoft 365 apps to download.
- Open the installer and follow the setup instructions.
- When prompted, sign in again with your CIU email to activate your apps.
Install on your phone or tablet #
iOS/iPadOS: Install the Microsoft 365 app from the App Store, then sign in with your CIU email.
Android: Install the Microsoft 365 app from Google Play, then sign in with your CIU email.
Troubleshooting
Can’t sign in? Check your CIU email and password, or reset your password using the self-service portal.
Don’t see Install apps? Sign out of office.com, sign back in, and then select Install apps again.
Installer didn’t launch? Restart your device and try again.
