We process your stipend on the first Friday after your disbursement shows as “Posted” in your Student Portal ledger.
After you set up your Bill.com account, your funds are sent directly to your bank.
Example: If your disbursement posts on Monday, your stipend is processed on Friday of that same week.
Exceptions: U.S. bank holidays may add 1–2 business days to the delivery time of banks.
