My passion is helping people live better lives. In my work, I do that by articulating a clear mission, vision, and strategy, inspiring and engaging people to activate it, and ensuring operational rigor so that we collectively achieve our goals. In a nutshell, growth = mission + vision + strategy + communication + engagement + process and execution. I am currently spearheading the transformation of Melinta, a commercial-stage company (Privately held by Deerfield Management) into the leader in hospital acute care.
