The University Registrar’s Office serves as the central hub for academic records management and student registration services. It is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and security of all student academic records in compliance with institutional policies and government regulations. Key functions of the office include course registration, class scheduling, transcript processing, degree certification, and the administration of academic calendars. Through its services, the Registrar’s Office plays a vital role in supporting the academic mission of the University.

The Transfer Credit policy is consistent with the transfer credit policies of the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) and the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC). Students are required to submit documentation to determine equivalency in transfer credit which includes at least official transcripts, copies of the college/university catalog, course syllabi and/or course outlines. Transfer credit will only be posted to a student’s account upon receipt of the official transcript from the previous institution.
